Former sexy star Jenny Roa was arrested by police after allegedly selling suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation on Christmas Day in Pasay City.
Police said the 45-year-old Roa, Jennifer Kiilsgaard in real life, and her cohort, Norman Viña, 49, were nabbed during an entrapment in her house in Barangay 42, Pasay City, at around 9:50 p.m. after an informant tipped them off.
Members of the Pasay City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit conducted the sting after one week of surveillance.
“As per informant namin na pumunta dito sa opisina, garapalan [ang pagbenta nila]. Nakikita ng mga bata, parang walang iniilagan,” Corporal Jett Morillo, case prober, told reporters.
After a transaction with a poseur-buyer, Roa and Viña were immediately arrested.
Police seized from them P300 worth of suspected shabu, which was the subject of the buy-bust, and four more sachets of suspected shabu worth about P31,000 concealed in an ang pao.
Roa, who previously appeared in sexy movies including “Ang galing galing mo, Babes” and “Tikboy Tikas at mga Khroaks Boys,” denied selling illegal drugs but admitted being a drug user.
“I’m using [drugs]. I have my own reason, parang gusto kong pumayat,” Roa said.
“[Pero] di ko po magawang magbenta. Mayroon po akong karelasyon na seryosong tao,” she added.
Roa and her cohort will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, police said. (Joseph Pedrajas)
