MAINE Mendoza is taking the cudgels for boyfriend Arjo Atayde who is being bashed left and right by unapproving fans.
Just recently, the 24-year-old actress-host took to Twitter to push the hashtag #YesToArjo.
It was her response to the earlier #NoToArjoTheUser hashtag made by some fans, which became a trending topic.
Maine first mocked the hashtag saying “Wow,” before going on to sarcastically congratulate those behind it.
She then said “I say #YesToArjo.”
Fans understood what she meant.
None too soon, the #YesToArjo hashtag overtook #NoToArjoTheUser.
Many believe fans loyal to the Maine Mendoza-Alden Richards partnership started the negative campaign against Arjo. (Rampador Alindog)
