Salamat sa pagiging honest mo sa iyong kalagayan. Sa totoo lang, we women are not really constructed to have an orgasm through intercourse or vaginal-penile penetration alone.
Minsan, hindi talaga kaya. In truth, only 25 percent of women reach the peak during intercourse. So, hindi ka nag-iisa.
Ang kailangan mong pagtuunan ng pansin ay ang iyong clitoris. The clitoris is where all the nerve endings kaya mas madaming sensation na mararamdaman kapag ito ang nastimulate. Kapag ikaw ay nakikipagsex with your husband, i-try mo ang mga tips na ito for optimal clitoral stimulation:
– Tell your husband to rub and play with your clitoris with his fingers – whether before, during, or after sex. Guide him by placing your fingers over his fingers and pressing the spots you like. Sabihin mo sa kaniya kung ano ang masarap para sa iyo.
– Have fun with foreplay. Sabihin mo sa asawa mo na puwede niyang i-try ang oral sex. Most women respond well to and experience intense orgasms through oral sex because of its direct focus on the clitoris!
– Use lubricant. Importante din na hindi ikaw natutuyuan kapag may clitoral stimulation. Kung kailangan, gumamit kayo ng lubricant to reduce the friction.
– Try sex positions where the clitoris can be further stimulated. Try being on top kapag may penetration. Kapag ikaw ang nasa ibabaw ng iyong husband, mas may chance na mastimulate ang clitoris mo during humping. Or puwede rin namang ikaw mismo ang magstimulate ng clitoris from different positions!
It is also normal to not achieve orgasm during penetration. Madaming pwedeng gawin para ma-achieve mo ang orgasm during sex. Kailangan lang ay creative kayo ng iyong hubby to find ways that would work for you! Have fun and Happy Easter!
