THIS is the question asked by many with Nadine Lustre fanning the flames of intrigue posting a photo of her and ex-boyfriend James Reid on social media recently.
As seen on Instagram, the black and white photo captures Nadine and James in happier times, sitting together looking only too cozy and in love.
It is a throwback photo, of course, taken during a past hiking trip.
In the caption, Nadine opted to be cryptic, writing nothing but for an emoji of a seedling.
Not a few deem this a sign the couple is restarting what they ended.
Some fans were quick to rejoice, leaving heart emojis in the comments section.
Others were more pragmatic, noting Nadine posted the photo in time for James’ 27th birthday.
The duo made a big splash announcing their breakup earlier in January, some five years after they started dating following the success of their series, “On the Wings of Love.”
The two insist they remain good friends despite the controversial split.
