CAGAYAN – A former policeman marked as a high-value target for his drug-related activities was arrested in buy-bust operation in Tuguegarao City, authorities reported Monday.
Police Regional Office 2 Regional director Brig. Gen. Crizaldo Nieves identified the suspect as David M Guitering, 55, a resident of Brgy. Linao East, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
The suspect, who was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, yielded one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu.
Also confiscated from the suspect were a folded knife, a Nokia keypad cellular phone, and the P1,000 buy-bust money. (Liezle Basa Inigo)
