Hello Doc Rica,
Now that lockdowns are easing up, my boyfriend from Singapore wants to come over during his work from home week.
Ding Dong
Dear Ding Dong,
Madaming challenges ang long distance relationship lalo na during this pandemic. ‘Wag kang mabahala kung mukhang mapula ang inyong magiging situation sa inyong sexcapade while he is here.
Of course, it might get messy when you have your period. Maghanda ng towel or sapin dahil baka magstain ang inyong bedsheet. When you are active during your period, there are cases na nagsasabing nakakapagpawala ng menstrual cramps or dysmenorrhea. Nakakatulong ang foreplay and orgasm to distract you from any discomfort. The blood can also act as a natural lubricant that can make sex more pleasurable for you and your partner.
That being said, you have to consider the chances na magkaroon ng bacterial infection during your menstrual cycle. Kaya kailangan pa ring magpractice ng safe sex as I always recommend. Dapat mo ring tandaan na even if you have your period, meron pa ring chance that you can get pregnant.
Don’t let this red flag get in the way of you and your boyfriend having fun. Try different positions or places sa inyong staycation. The shower may be one of them. Be safe, enjoy and “go with the flow.”
With love and lust,
Doc Rica
