DAGUPAN CITY – Authorities nabbed a suspected drug personality and seized rolled dried marijuana leaves worth P120,000 in a buy-bust operation on Arellano St., Barangay Pantal here Thursday.
City chief of police Police Lt. Col. Luis M. Ventura Jr., in a report to the Police Regional Office 1, identified the suspect as Jemel Mandapat, 24, a resident of Baguio City.
Seized from the suspect were a P1,000 bill, 19 P1,000 bills used as boodle money, one black bag pack, and a motorcycle.
Mandapat had been under surveillance prior to his arrest, police said. (Liezle Basa Inigo)
