After many years, the Megastar Sharon Cuneta is back to her home studio, Viva. Sharon Cuneta is top billing, “Revirginized,” directed by Darryl Yap.

“Revirginized” is described as an “irreverent film” and Sharon’s role “daring.”

It is the story of a woman in the midst of getting an annulment with her husband of 30 years. Devastated, she goes into a beach party with a group of young people. She wants to drink away her problems. She will experience what it’s like to be a woman, something she wasn’t able to do when she became a young mother.

Her co-stars are Cristina Gonzalez, Rosanna Roces, Ogie Diaz, and Kylie Versoza. Her leading man is Marco Gumabao. A May-December romance or a one-night stand.

Sharon is Viva’s signature star in the ‘80s and ‘90s. Boss Vic del Rosario built her up into A-1 actress, TV-host, and singer (recording and concert).
