CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – An alleged member of the “Ducusin Drug Group” was killed in an anti-illegal drug operation that led to a shootout in Zambales early Monday.
San Narciso police operatives conducted a buy-bust at Purok 4, Barangay Simminublan in San Narciso, Zambales against Rusel Toceno alias Nonong, 43, of Maya, Infanta, Pangasinan.
Toceno reportedly opened fire at the operating team, prompting the cops to retaliate. He died on site. (Liezle Basa Inigo)
