So very recently, I was able to move into a new place na ako lang mag-isa. Tapos siguro I got too excited to finally have my privacy and my own space, once I got settled, I really had to masturbate. ‘Yung tipong hindi mo kailangan magtago or matakot na may kakatok sa pinto or papasok na lang sa room mo. Very understandable ang iyong excitement in having your own space and the freedom to unleash your sexual energies sa bago mong space. Pero dapat yata hindi ka masyadong nanggigil dahil you will continue to have that space for yourself naman. That being said, the best course of action for new pain na nakakabahala will always be to consult your health care provider although mahirap din yon given this pandemic.
If the masturbation was too intense, puwedeng natwist, napull, or nasqueeze ang iyong testicles na puwedeng cause ng pain mo. So like I said, maybe if you tone down the gigil factor, you should be able to play with yourself several times a day without experiencing pain.
If you can visit your health care provider, puwede mo din idiscuss ang several exams like testicular exams or to check for lumps. It is better to check kung nakakabahala talaga ang pain at ang sitwasyon. Moving forward, maganda to learn how to self check para if there are any changes, you can be aware of it and you will know your next course of action.
So with that, I congratulate you for finding your own space and the journey of discovering yourself more. Always explore but also keep safe.
