Piolo Pascual is 45.
Many men his age are, by and large, either on the lookout for a lifelong partner or actually married.
But not the actor.
Not yet anyway.
Apparently, he is waiting for “divine intervention.”
He said, “Hindi ako naghahanap eh. I’m waiting for it to happen. I believe in magic. I believe it will happen in God’s time…”
Asked if he has ideals where it concerns a potential partner, he said, “I don’t have criteria or requirement when it comes to that. I think I would know when it hits me. Because at the end of the day it’s about heart. It’s about feelings. Whoever that person may be, whatever, it will be the ideal for me…”
It’s different though when it comes to investments.
On that end, Piolo wants a strong and steady partner and he found it with Sunlife.

Sun Life Philippines’ latest campaign highlights this message through a fun and vibrant music video of “Bright Like the Sun,” a song by Johnoy Danao.
Note the campaign will include a host of activities, including a promo on Tiktok where fans need to stitch Piolo’s video with a candid moment featuring the people they consider their partners to the tune of Johnoy’s “Bright Like the Sun.” Participants will get a chance to win a special trip to bond with loved ones.
Tiktok users can also create a duet video with Piolo as he sings lines from “Bright Like the Sun” and the Top 10 entries will be awarded ₱1,000 worth of vouchers.
The promo mechanics, along with other campaign updates and activities, will be announced soon on Sun Life’s Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok accounts.
