Now up on YouTube is Eric Ejercito’s music video for his latest single “Fool.”
Eric, who’s been called by some in the entertainment circles as “The Musical Ejercito,” launched the music video ina big way Sunday, Aug. 14, with a red-carpet event at Trinoma in Quezon City.
The event was attended by fans, family, and friends.
His father, actor-politician E.R. Ejercito, was there.
Fellow Viva Records artists including all-girl groups LITZ and Ppop Gen, singer and VJ Ataska, singer-songwriters Amiel Sol, Kyla Miel Cameron, rising music acts Valfer and Joaquin Canlas, Martin Veñegas, “Born To Be A Star” singing champ Jehramae Trangia, Ppop group Boiz Will Be BOIZ and pop rock boy band New Style were present as well.
The music video for “Fool” could only be described as epic.
It looks dazzling, very “international.”
It could actually compete with foreign counterparts.
It is a product of Eric’s own vision in collaboration with L.A. based director Jeff Centauri.
“I’m very proud of it,” Eric says. “We labored over it for several months. Actually, we also released a BTS video of our creative journey. Fans would do well to watch it too.”
Featured on the film is Nayoung Kim who plays Eric Ejercito’s “love interest.”
“She is fun to work with,” he says. “I’m looking forward to working with her again in the near future.”
Eric’s dance crew on the music video includes John Matthew Quiambao, Keith De Guzman, Cyrus Paul Labarda and Michael Earvin Agas.
The music video is produced by EP 1 Films and Viva Records.
