The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) got a huge boost in its desire to keep its status as the country’s No. 1 sporting league.
Just recently, PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial signed an agreement with the popular TikTok to be the league’s “Official Fan Sharing App ” for its 47th Season.
“We are happy for the support of TikTok. This is for the PBA fan,” said Marcial, who inked the agreement with Kristoffer “Toff” Rada, TikTok Head of Public Policy, Philippines.
Witnessing the event were Gabriel Ernesto Pangalagan TikTok Operations, Sport & Gaming, Philippines, Jo Francisco, Marketing/PBAPI head and Robi de Guzman, TikTok Marketing, Philippines.
TikTok will also serve as the fans’ online locker room portal where they’ll get to know more about the sport, the teams, and the players.
