Turning 56 on Sunday, Sept. 25, is Sen. Ramon ‘Bong’ Revilla Jr.
The actor-politician is going to celebrate it with a bang.
He is going to hold “Alyas Pogi Birthday Giveaway,” which will stream live on www.facebook.com/bongrevillajr.ph, 6pm.
He explained, “It is my own little way of thanking the Lord for all the blessings He has given me. Kumbaga, by way of thank you, I am sharing my blessings to the people through the event.”
Sen. Bong is giving away cash gifts, among others, including brand new cars, motorcycles, laptops.
“Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun,” he added. “There is no catch. They simply have to log-in, watch and join the games. It’s all for fun.”
Joining him at the virtual shindig is wife Lani Mercado-Revilla who intoned, “That’s my gift naman to him. To be there and help fulfill his wishes.”
Note this is not the first time that Bong is holding the “Alyas Pogi Birthday Giveaway.”
“Yearly na ito, it’s like tradition,” he said. “I just want to put a smile on people’s face, to give them hope, happiness especially that we are all going through tough times.”
