The local running community is apt to rejoice with international sportswear brand Hoka opening its first concept store in the country.
To those living under a rock, Hoka is a respected brand that is well-loved all over the globe.
With established stores in the UK and USA, Hoka has been pursuing its plans of global expansion by setting up stores in Singapore, South Korea, Indonesia, and now in the Philippines.
Note the concept store, located at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay (2nd Floor, Bldg B), is more than a shop.
Said Hoka Philippines senior brand manager Mikki Quilala, “It’s a very technical store, there’s a lot of features that you will see on a normal store — our kinetic lights, our volumental footscanner, an experience era with their curved videotron, so, you could say it’s an interactive experience.”
MIkki added that they envision the space as a hub for hardcore and leisure runners.
The highlight, of course, are the highly-cushioned, amazingly lightweight, and impressively breathable, fashion forward Hoka shoes.
Among celebrity fans are Bella Hadid, Adam Sandler, Britney Spears, Gwyneth Palthrow, Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon.
We could only say so much about it.
Just check out the different models and actually fit it in store and discover for yourself why everyone is raving about Hoka.
Don’t worry. You will be greeted by Hoka specialists, ready to answer all of your questions. They could also help you know more about your feet, its movement and which Hoka model suits you best.
There’s an available feet scanner and gait analysis (treadmill) in the store so you get to try before purchase.
You can also complete your look with the equally stylish HOKA apparel and accessories displayed in store. There’s a wide range of products you can choose from to help compliment both your lifestyle and running experience.
The Hoka concept store is open from 10am to 9pm, Monday to Thursday and 10am to 10pm from Friday to Sunday.
