Dingdong Dantes is back.
He is set to headline what is touted as the biggest murder mystery series on Philippine primetime TV: “Royal Blood.”
As Napoy, Dingdong is a loving single father working as a motorcycle rider to provide for his daughter’s needs.
He is also the bastard son of Gustavo Royales (Tirso Cruz III), a business tycoon who suddenly appears out of nowhere seemingly eager to make amends with him.
Chaos ensues after the patriarch was found murdered.
Napoy becomes the primary suspect.
But is he really the killer?
Note the show also features an exciting cast of characters each of whom could also possibly be responsible for the same.
There’s Diana (Megan Young), the ex-girlfriend and great love of Napoy; Kristoff (Mikael Daez), the half-brother of Napoy and husband of Diana; Andrew (Dion Ignacio), the ambitious and business-savvy husband of Margaret (Rhian Ramos), Gustavo’s conservative yet mysterious child; Beatrice (Lianne Valentin), the witty and materialistic daughter of Gustavo; and Tasha (Rabiya Mateo), the kind-hearted neighbor of Napoy who has secret feelings for him.
Also part of the series are Ces Quesada as Aling Cleofe, the head female servant of the Royales family; Benjie Paras as Otep, Napoy’s most trusted friend; Carmen Soriano as Camilla, the evil mother-in-law of Napoy; and Arthur Solinap as Emil, a renowned investigator who will be in charge of the murder mystery.
Adding excitement to the show are Sparkle Teens James Graham, Aidan Veneracion, and Princess Aliyah, together with Sienna Stevens.
How will the mystery unravel? Who among them will be judged guilty?
