Atasha Muhlach, daughter of celebrity couple Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales, just signed a contract with Viva Artist Agency (VAA).
She can’t wait to dive head first into show business.
“I dreamed about this since I was like 10,” she said. “I can’t believe that this actually happening.”
But why only now?
“I needed to focus on my studies first. It was a promise to my parents and to myself,” she related.
Note the 21-year-old just completed a business course in the UK.
At this point, Atasha is willing to try anything and everything.
“I’m into dancing, singing so I’m going to try that first but, of course, if a role is offered to me, be it for a TV series or a movie, I’m also open to the idea. I want to try everything, just to see and assess where I’m good at.”
As to her parents, she said, “They’re very supportive. They’ve given me tons of advice. And, of course, they picked Viva for me.”
With her mom very much a beauty queen, is she also open to joining pageants?
“I’m not closing any doors,” she said. “Like I said, I’m willing to try anything so if that comes up along the way, well, maybe. We’ll see.”
Viva’s Vincent del Rosario, is as excited to launch the career of Atasha.
“I see a lot of potential in her,” he said. “Siyempre being showbiz royalty, maraming gustong mag-sign sa kanya pero I’m glad na kami ang kanyang pinili. “Our dream for Atasha is to be a multimedia artist. We will work at her pace. We will provide the best in the business for her.”
