Hottie Stephanie Raz is back with her most daring film to date, “Kahalili.”
Directed by Bobby Bonifacio, Jr., the film is as dark and mysterious as it is sexy.
Bobby said, “It’s a psychological thriller with lots of twists and turns kasi the whole thing is running in the head of Stephanie’s character.”
“This is a very dark film, actually like ‘Rosemary’s Baby’. I’ve always been fascinated by pregnancy at kung ano ang mga pinagdaraanan ng babaeng buntis,” he added.
Of course, it goes without saying that it has tons of sensual, erotic scenes.
“Definitely,” Bobby assured. “We made sure that we get to serve our Vivamax audiences.”
In the film, Stephanie will be introduced as Martha, a seemingly innocent looking woman who works as helper in the farm of a rich couple, Rod (Sid Lucero) and Isabel (Millen Gal).
Not long after, she is asked to play an even more important role in the couple’s married life – to be the surrogate mother of their child.
But the whole thing will actually be ritualistic than scientific.
Isabel insists they – Martha and Rod – do it the natural way, by procreating right in front of her.
There will be rose petals, dry ice smoke galore and weird drinks.
Rod is attracted to the fact that Martha is a virgin, or so she claims.
As expected, Martha gets pregnant, but she is now attached to the baby in her womb.
Martha wants to escape from Rod and Isabel with her baby.
Will she succeed?
But why is she seeing visions of her sister?
And who is the man she is seeing on the sly?
Also starring Victor Relosa and Mercedes Cabral, “Kahalili” starts streaming on Vivamax, August 18.
