Meralco got the better end of TNT anew in a 21-13 win to repeat as leg champion of the PBA 3×3 Third Conference on Tuesday.
Joseph Sedurifa, JJ Manlangit, and Jeff Manday sparked a 10-3 run to peel off from a tightly-fought game and move the Bolts on the hill, 20-12.
Sedurifa, who had been hot for the Bolts since the group phase, finished with nine points, including the jump shot with still 2:09 left to play that clinched for Meralco the Leg 4 crown and the P100,000 prize purse.
Meralco has been a dominant force so far in the season-ending conference, claiming three of the four leg championships contested so far.
The Bolts beat the Triple Giga in the Leg 3 finals last week, 19-18.
Manday added seven points, Manlangit had three, and veteran big man Alfred Batino with two for the team of coach Patrick Fran.
The Bolts completed a five-game sweep of their campaign, including a 21-17 win over Northport in the quarterfinals and a 13-8 victory over Blackwater in a low-scoring semifinals.
TNT achieved another runner up finish worth P50,000.
Almond Vosotros showed the way for the Triple Giga with seven points
Blackwater meanwhile, scored a podium finish for the first time this season as it turned back guest team MCFASolver, 21-18.
Wendell Comboy was a one-man wrecking crew for the Smooth Razor with 18 points to give the franchise a third place finish this conference worth P30,000.
