He related in Tuesday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” “Ako’y nalungkot ho talaga dahil madalas, ‘pag nagkikita kami ni Bea ay nagkakakwentuhan ho kami tungkol sa buhay, tungkol sa kanila, their marriage plans, etcetera. So, I was shocked. As we talk today, yes, hiwalay po si Dominic at tsaka si Bea.”
Seemingly eager to douse the sadness of disappointed fans, Boy quickly added that there’s a possibility that the couple is still trying to work things out.
Bea and Dominic got engaged July last year in dramatic fashion at the scenic Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City.
They have been in a relationship since 2021.
Talk about them going through a rough patch emerged only a few weeks ago with fans noticing how Bea have been attending some engagements sans engagement ring.
The actress added fuel to the fire, displaying seeming reluctance in discussing their much-awaited wedding in a recent interview.
“We’re getting there, but we’re very busy,” she said. “I’m about to start a teleserye, and meron pang ibang projects na I cannot tell you which will also happen this year so, wala pa talaga. Wala pa talaga akong masabi sa inyo.”
Note that prior, she and Dominic were both quite open and ready to discuss the same.
