The 2nd leg of 2024 MCC Invitational Standard Training Games will be held on May 4-5 at the Starmall Edsa Shaw in Mandaluyong City.
The two- day event is non-rated and open to all untitled players and invited masters, regardless of ages and gender.
It will apply the 7-rounds Swiss System and time control of 40 minutes with 2 seconds increment.
At stake is a total pot of P35,000 with the champion pocketing the P5,000 top purse. Cash prizes are broken down to ten places from aside from trophies and medals
Consolation worth P750 each also awaits the top performers on the following categories: seniors 60 & above; adults 40-59 yr. olds; provisional adulthood 21-39 yr olds; juniors (male/female – 20 yr old & below); Kiddies (12 yr old & below). Entry fees are pegged at P200 for Milo Checkmate currently enrolled and invited masters; P300 for former Milo enrolees and P350 for others.
