Several popular musical acts gathered at the Mall of Asia Arena recently for the VLive Nationwide Caravan.
These include Bamboo, KZ Tandingan, Calista, Billy Crawford, Glock 9, EZ Mil, Buganda Drum Beaters, Manoeuvres Ignite, and Aiai delas Alas.
Of course, it goes without saying that it attracted a huge throng of fans all eager to catch the colorful musical extravaganza.
Beyond the performances, fans went home smiling earning tons of cash prizes at the event courtesy of organizers, Vbank.
VBank, the brainchild of senatorial aspirant Luis “Manong Chavit” Singson, is designed to make banking easy and safe for Filipinos.
“Ginawa namin itong VBank para makatulong sa masang Pilipino,” said Manong Chavit. “Dito sa Vbank, ginawa naming mas madali, masa mabilis ang pagbabangko.”
“Ang kailangan mo lang dito e cellphone,” he explained further. “I-download mo lang ang VBank mobile app at makakapag-bangko ka na kahit nasaan ka.”
As to the concert, he said, “Gusto ko lang i-introduce sa mga tao ang VBank sa paraan na magiging masaya sila. Masaya ako kapag masaya ang lahat.”
True to his word, Manong Chavit actually gave away 5.8 million pesos to ensure this.
As event host Tuesday Vargas said, “May libreng concert na, may pabaon pa! Kung hindi ka pa naman umuwing masaya ewan ko na lang!”
