Fyang Smith and JM Ibarra have gotten even closer months after their winning run in “PBB Gen 11.”
The two displayed the same undeniable chemistry that allowed them strong following at a recent conference.
Asked if they are already an item, JM said simply, “We’re focusing on our careers pero yeah, we are getting to know each other more.”
What if somebody else starts courting Fyang?
“Hindi ako magpapasingit,” he said with a smile.
Fyang seemed to agree, reiterating, “Wala nang makakasingit!”
She added, “We’re getting to know each other more every day and I’m quite comfortable with him na.”
JM and Fyang were chosen as voice actors for the Tagalog-dubbed version of the 2024 South Korean drama film “Picnic.”
The project, produced by Lotte Entertainment and brought to local audiences by Nathan Studios, is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide this May.
Fyang shared her experience on the challenges of dubbing: “Kapag nagda-dub, kailangang pumasok sa ibang mundo… kami mismo ang nag-aadjust upang maipakita ang tamang emosyon nila (characters).”
Fans can also catch a glimpse of JM and Fyang in Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino’s romantic comedy movie, “My Love Will Make You Disappear,” where they made a special cameo appearance.
On April 5, JM and Fyang will grace “The Unforgettabolabolabol” GENeral Assembly, together with the other PBB Gen 11 Housemates at the SM North Edsa Skydome, where fans can bond with them and watch their performances.
