Popular actor Alden Richards has signed a partnership with the Viva Group of Companies through his Myriad Entertainment.
According to Alden, the deal is a no-brainer.
“Viva is a huge company,” he said. “Just looking at what they have accomplished through the years in, like, films, music, live events, and, of course, the food industry, I couldn’t ask for a better partner. It’s quite empowering particularly for someone like me who is just, you know, trying to learn and understand the business, learning the craft. The joint venture promises several opportunities and I could only be grateful to Viva for the trust and confidence.”

Alden’s collaboration with Viva starts with films.
Viva Films, known to be at the forefront of producing blockbuster and well-acclaimed movies, together with Myriad, target to produce two over-the-top (OTT) movies per year.
This starts with “Out Of Order,” an adaptation of the Thai supernatural film “Pee-Mak.”
Alden is quite rpoud of the film, noting, “It’s gonna be competing in four international film festivals and will also be streamed on Netflix.”
Beyond that, Myriad will also be co-producing shows with VAA Live, Viva’s events arm, starting with Alden’s fourth major solo concert.
Alden’s partnership with Viva also includes an album of original songs.
His garden cafe, Conchas, is also set to join Botejyu, Wing Zone, Paper Moon, Pepi Cubano, Yogorino, and Greyhound Cafe in the list of food businesses franchised by Viva Foods.
Said Vincent del Rosario, Viva Communications president and CEO: “Very excited kami with the different collaborations that we’re having with Alden. He is more than just an actor. He has good business sense. Very practical siyang mag-isip.”
Viva’s main man, Vic del Rosario added, “Alden has the vision. The best thing about it is that, his vision aligns with ours. Pareho kami. Masarap ka-partner yung ganoon.”
