Actor Kiko Estrada is all set to headline a new project for TV5.
This was announced during a story conference at the TV5 Media Center prior to the finale of Kiko’s successful TV5 primetime series “Lumuhod Ka sa Lupa.”
He is to take over the role of “Totoy Bato” as inspired by the classic film of Fernando Poe Jr.
Created by comics writer, director and film producer Carlo J. Caparas, viewers can expect intense action and explosive fight scenes in “Totoy Bato,” as Kiko’s character becomes the savior of Pook Paraiso, using only his “kamao.”
He’ll be joined by a powerhouse cast including Bea Binene, Cindy Miranda, and Diego Loyzaga, along with Nonie Buencamino, Mon Confiado, Art Acuña, Mark Anthony Fernandez, and Eula Valdez—with special participation by Joko Diaz, Katya Santos, Kean Cipriano, and Jackie Lou Blanco.
Also appearing in the show are Andrew Muhlach, Billy Villeta, Ivan Padilla, Lester Llansang, Benz Sangalang, Gold Aceron, and CJ Caparas.
The show will also introduce to the public Lawrence Dela Cruz, Benedict Lao, Natania Guerrero, Jeremiah Cruz, Dwayne Bialoglovski, and Stanley Abuloc.
Directed by Albert S. Langitan, with Zyro Radoc and Ambo Gonzales, “Totoy Bato” is produced by MavenPro and Sari Sari Network Inc., under the production of Studio Viva.
Coming very soon on TV5’s TodoMax Primetime Singko block.
