ACTRESS Arci Muñoz has admitted getting the jitters for the remake of the Nora Aunor classic “Kastilyong Buhangin.”
“Sana i-prepare nila akong mabuti kasi pressure talaga ito sa akin and this is a remake of a Nora Aunor classic. I’m really nervous,” said Muñoz, in “TV Patrol” news program aired over ABS-CBN recently.
The original acclaimed drama, directed by Mario O ‘Hara and also starred Lito Lapid, was a big hit in 1980.
Muñoz said that she will be paired with actor Jericho Rosales in the new Kapamilya telserye.
She added that it is also a pressure to work with Rosales whom she considers a very good actor.
Muñoz also said she will be working with Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual in future projects.
The actress will also appear on the cover of the anniversary issue of “Metro” magazine with the theme women empowerment.
Muñoz, 27, was last seen in the blockbuster movie “Always Be My Maybe” opposite Gerald Anderson under Star Cinema. She will later appear in the movie “Camp Sawi” under Viva Films.
