A 39-year-old vendor who is Malinao, Aklan’s No. 2 Most Wanted Person was arrested in an operation in Quezon City Thursday.
Reports reaching the Quezon City Police District-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit identified the suspect as Niño Luverez.
Chief Insp. Rogelio de Lumen, chief of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the QCPD-CIDU, said Luverez is wanted for murder and frustrated murder and was arrested in his house in Barangay Socorro by the warrant and Subpoena section together with the QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Group led by Senior Insp. Reynaldo P. Martin and the Malinao police station led by PO2 Rex Relampago.
