YUM yum yum, mga Kapuso! Nahihirapan ba kayong mag-isip ng bago at masarap na recipe na ihahanda sa inyong mga mahal sa buhay? Ngayong araw, ituturo ko sa inyo ang Binagoongang Baboy and Steamed Vegetables recipe. Siguradong magiging memorable ang inyong simpleng tanghalian o hapunan dahil wala nang mas sasarap pa sa isang home-made dish na kayo mismo ang naghanda para sa inyong pamilya.
Ingredients:
500 g pork belly, cut into 1×2 inch cubes
¼ cup bagoong alamang
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc red onion, chopped
2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
2 pcs red chili, minced
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 cups water
¼ tbsp. white sugar
½ tsp black pepper
1 pc eggplant, cut into 1-inch pieces lengthwise
4 pcs sitaw, cut into 2-inch pieces lengthwise
1 pc radish, cut into 1-inch pieces lengthwise
1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces lengthwise
Procedure:
1. In a pan, heat oil. Saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
2. Add bagoong alamang and pork. Stir-fry until pork turns brown. Add vinegar and water. Simmer until pork becomes tender.
3. Season with sugar and black pepper. Set aside.
4. Steam eggplant, sitaw, radish, and green beans for 10 minutes. Remove from steamer. Serve with the pork binagoongan.
