CEBU CITY – Two suspected drug pushers, who were arrested yesterday in the city, have revealed they were working for an inmate at the National Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City.
Teams from the Guadalupe Police Station arrested Richard Paguducon and Derril Bulat-ag in separate busts that yielded more than P7 million worth of illegal drugs.
First to be arrested was Paguducon, who sold P20,000 worth of illegal drugs to an undercover policeman. A body search yielded more than 400 grams of shabu from the suspect.
Paguducon told on his companion Bulat-ag, who was arrested later.
The two told police they were taking orders from a Cebuano inmate in Bilibid. The inmate, whose name was not divulged by the police, continues to run drug operations in Cebu from his cell, the suspects said.
Guadalupe Police Station Chief Jose Gesto said his officers will next go after the couriers of the detained drug lord. (MARS MOSQUEDA)
