The Peñafrancia Festival is one of the country’s greatest displays of Marian devotion, gathering Bicolanos, pilgrims, and tourists alike in paying homage to Our Lady of Peñafrancia – the principal patroness and Queen of Bicol who is addressed by BicolanosasIná (mother).
