PALO, Leyte – Drug supply in Eastern Visayas has been significantly reduced since the arrest of suspected drug lord Kerwin Espinosa and the neutralization of his group members.
Chief Supt. Elmer Beltejar, director of the Eastern Visayas police, said they have already neutralized 90 percent of the Espinosa drug group through arrest, death, and surrender.
“I can proudly say that we have contained the situation already especially with the dismantling of the Espinosa drug group,” Beltejar said. (Aaron B. Recuenco)
