Worry no more dahil ang ihahanda natin ngayon ay tiyak na magpapasaya sa kanilang lahat – ang Almond Lychee Jelly with Black Gulaman. Hindi niyo na kailangan pang lumabas sa inyong mga bahay dahil ang home-made dessert na ito ay siguradong magpapatamis sa pagsasama ng inyong pamilya.
Ingredients:
100 g unflavored gelatin
1 cup water
1 cup fresh milk
1 tsp almond extract
3 tbsp white sugar
1 can lychee. Reserve the syrup
1 can black gulaman, slice into ½ inch cubes
Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, combine water and mlk. Add the unflavored gelatin. Mix until dissolved. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat.
2. Add almond extract and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Transfer into a mold and let it cool until set. Slice into cubes.
3. Slice lychees into wedges. Mix into a bowl with the almond jelly and black gulaman.
4. To assemble: in a serving bowl or glass, put in almond jelly, black gulaman and lychees. Pour in light sugar syrup.
For the sugar syrup
Ingredients:
1 can lychee reserved syrup
1 ½ cup white sugar
1 cup water
Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and boil. Stirring until sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
