The family of the late Makati Revenue Regional Director Jonas DP. Amora who was slain by motorcycle riding gunmen early Monday morning in Marikina is requesting the public, including the media, to allow the wheels of justice to run its course.
Members of the family said the public should not to make unfounded speculations or drawing conclusions that will only serve to muddle the investigation of the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate demise of their family head.
“We also request that we given the time to mourn and wish that we allowed to grieve his passing in private,” a family member said.
She said the family need room to deal with their sorrows over his loss and do not wish to be burdened any further.
She added that the family also apologizes for not being accommodating, but also ask for understanding. (Jun Ramirez)
