Sen. Antonio F. Trillanes IV believes that the Philippines would have a new Vice President in 2017.
Trillanes made the prediction after President Duterte assured Vice President Leni G. Robredo that she would finish her term despite resigning from the Cabinet and her vow to lead the new opposition.
The former Navy officer urged Robredo not to trust Duterte’s pronouncements due to his propensity to quickly change his mind and his statements.
(Hannah L. Torregoza)
