JUST A THOUGHT: The more difficulties one has to encounter, within and without, the more significant and the higher in inspiration his life will be. – Horace Bushnell.

ANGELINE SAVORS KISS: It was farthest from her consciousness, not even in her wildest dreams, that one day, she would engage a man, much less a handsome actor, in a kissing scene in public, before rolling cameras at that.
Angeline Quinto, star of now-showing rom-com movie “Foolish Love,” admits she was initially surprised yet thrilled when told she had to kiss Jake Cuenca in one of the film’s sequences.
A first-timer in doing such delicate scenes, she thanked Jake for having been gentle during the shoot.
‘Hindi ko naman akalain na gagawa ako ng ganitong eksena someday, eh di ba, singer ako?,’’ she told reporters during an interview.
Pressed if she enjoyed the kiss, the singer actress flashed a naughty smile, with matching wink. She need not sing “Sana Maulit Muli” to make a point.

SHE HAS COMIC TIMING: Angeline has been slowly but surely making inroads from singer to actress. It seems her handlers are not content just assigning her movie or teleserye theme songs to sing. She has to be right there in center as the lead in a film.
With her natural gift of comic timing, the successful young singer has been cornering light romantic comedy roles, such as those she played in films such as “Love in a Bottle,” “That Thing Called Tanga Na.”
She once more plays a kooky character in “Foolish Love,” produced by Regal Films.

HOPELESS ROMANTIC SIYA: In “Foolish Love,” Jake Cuenca and Angeline Quinto play characters who rekindle flame of an aborted romance.
She’s obsessed with the idea of meeting her dream boy, with whom she falls madly in love with.
Then, she realizes he’s not her dream boy after all.
The movie also stars real-life couple Miho Nishida and Tommy Esguerra, formerly of PBB. (NESTOR CUARTERO)
