SUBIC BAY FREEPORT – The new management of the Subic Bay Marine Exploratorium, Inc. (SBMEI), which runs the Ocean Adventure theme park and Camayan Beach Resort here has filed a criminal complaint against the recently ousted president and CEO of the company.
Arthur Tai and several other members of the SBMEI internal security allegedly involved in assaulting and raiding his property will be facing the said complaint together with the other accused namely Victor Sol, Pedro Francisco; Rommel Victor; Erick Olaes; Rolando Uy; Carlos Borja; and other John Does who participated in the February 12, 2017 raid at the home of Scott Sharpe, SBMEI’s new president and CEO located on Building 1463, Boton Area inside the Subic Bay Freeport.
Sharpe claims a total of 27 men from SBMEI and JCRN Security Agency arrived in the morning of Feb. 12, armed and on board several vehicles, climbed the 8-foot high barbed-wire fence and attempted to evict him from his place.
