A new found friend of Philippine tennis and the medalists in the recent Thailand Open make up today’s guests list in the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum at the Golden Phoenix Hotel along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, Sunrise Drive in Pasay City.
Fadi El Soury, chairman of Mac’s Crankit Tennis Academy, will explain before the 10:30 a.m. session presented by San Miguel Corp., Golden Phoenix Hotel, Accel, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. the plan of his group to bring two young Filipina tennis players to Australia, where they will undergo professional training camp.
Sharing centerstage with him are members of the Philippine karate team that had a successful campaign recently in Thailand. They will be accompanied in the public sports program aired live over DZSR Sports Radio 918 by Philippine Karatedo Federation (PFK) secretary-general Raymund Lee Reyes.
The Philippine Volcanoes will also be appearing in the session to discuss their campaign in the coming Asia Rugby Championships in Malaysia.
