Former sweethearts actors Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu said last Sunday night that there were lessons learned during their four-year relationship.
Kung paano mas respetuhin ‘yung tao, i-value ‘yung ginagawa niya para sa’yo,” said Anderson, during an interview on “Gandang Gabi Vice” on ABS CBN.
Tapos wag masyadong clingy. Or ‘ba’t hindi mo ako tinext?’ …’Wala bakit? Ayoko lang.’ Ganun. Mas masaya relax lang.”
Chiu said that sweethearts should not be clingy to each other.
Anderson and Chiu currently star in the daily morning teleserye “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin” on ABS CBN.
Vice Ganda also asked them the memorable gifts they gave to each other.
“Yung kotse na pink,” said Chiu referring to the car Anderson gave her.
Sapatos pang basketball. Nagpa TV rin sya. 65 inches na TV. Nagbigay din sya ng cellphone,” he also said.
Anderson asked Chiu: “Ba’t mo binigay?” Chiu replied: “Wala eh, mahal dati.”
Vice Ganda told them that giving expensive gifts is normal especially when you love the person. “It’s not the gender but how you love that person.”
Anderson and Chiu are singles these days.
