Actress Cristine Reyes has admitted that she sometimes get jealous of her husband mixed martial artist Ali Khatibi when he talks to other women.
“Hindi po sya selos na matindi. Yung selos na ‘bakit parang lagi kang tinatawag ng babaeng ’yun?” said Reyes when asked if she still gets jealous during an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda’’ on ABS CBN.
Reyes, 28, also said that she and Khatibi have launched an online site called “Khatibi’s Home.”
“Sa ngayon ang meron pa lang po kami ay ’yung clothing line. Pero eventually mag e evolve kami magkakaroon ng Amarah line and Ali line. At the same time, magkakaroon kami ng home line,” she said.
Reyes and Khatibi have been married for one year and four months now. They have a daughter named Amarah.
Abunda also asked her about the qualities her daughter got from them.
“Kay Ali muna. Yung pagiging friendly sa lahat ng tao. As in very approachable. Pagiging masayahin nya naman kay Ali,” she said.
“Sa akin feeling ko may pagkastrikto syang bata. Namana nya siguro sa akin na uptight. Very uptight ako pagdating sa trabaho,” Reyes also said.
Facing a big mirror, Abunda asked Reyes to talk about herself.
Asked to describe herself, Reyes said: “Masipag at mukhang busilak ang kanyang puso,”
Abunda asked her about the qualities she would like to change.
Reyes answered: “Kung may babaguhin ako sa girl in the mirror, siguro ’yung nag e expect ng balik sa ibang tao.”
She also talked about dealing with a sexy husband.
“Siguraduhin mo na palagi ka ring sexy, maganda para hindi na sya titingin sa iba. At siguraduhin mo na kung meron man d’yang iba, kailangan ikaw ang mag stand out,” Reyes said.
Reyes also mentioned about an experience which she hopes her daughter would not encounter.
“Cristine, dapat hindi maranasan ni Amarah ang feeling unloved dahil naranasan mo ’yun, mahirap ’yun. Nagalit ka sa mundo pero tumayo ka pa rin naman,” she added.
