The Sport of Kings and ice skating will be featured in the resumption of the weekly Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum today at the Golden Phoenix Hotel (along Macapagal Ave. Sunrise Drive) in Pasay City.
Officers of the Philippine Racing Commission (Philracom) grace anew the session presented by San Miguel Corp., Golden Phoenix Hotel, Accel, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp, to talk about the second leg of the country’s Triple Crown Series. The race is set on June 18 at the Sta. Ana Park in Naic, Cavite.
Talking about the big racing event are Philracom Chairman Andrew Sanchez and Commissioners Bienvenido Niles, Lyndon Guce, Atty. Wilfredo De Ungria, and Executive Director Dr. Andrew Buencamino. They will be joined by Philippine Racing Club Racing Manager Antonio Alcasid Jr. facilities manager Shirley Balaong, and executive secretary Joanna Goli.
The first half of the forum aired live over DZSR Sports Radio 918, will have the SM Skating, which successfully held the recent Southeast Asia Challenge in Cebu City, where the country won a total of eight gold medals.
SM Skating is also hosting the Philippine Ice Hockey tournament set June 14 to 17.
