Select members of the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) and Ultimate Fighting Cock Championships (UFCC) will add prestige to the Big Event Sa Taglugon 5-Cock Derby” slated on Friday at Pasay City Cockpit.
It will be the last cock derby for NCA and UFCC members this year before shifting to stag-fighting in September, according to PCC pit manager Gerald Go.
At least P1 million is at stake in the event hosted by cockfight idol and Rep. Patrick Antonio and supported by Sagupaan Complexor 3000.
Competition starts early on Friday, said Go. For the last three Fridays, Pasay Cockpit had 100, 80 and 100 fights respectively.
Meanwhile, the LGBA Circuit 7-Stag Derby are set on July 14, 21 and 28.
Guaranteed prize is P1 million for an entry fee of P11,000.
