The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is providing P102 million to enable the Armed Forces of the Philippines to buy medical equipment for wounded troops in the frontline.
A memorandum of agreement has been signed by the PCSO, represented by General Manager Alexander F. Balutan, and the military by Vice Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Salvador Melchor B. Mison Jr. on behalf of AFP Chief of Staff Gen. Rey Leonardo Guerrero in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
