There will be no courtesy lane at the Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) – ASEANA in Parañaque City on Thursday and Friday.
In an advisory issued yesterday, the Department of Foreign Affairs announced that the courtesy lane at OCA-ASEANA will be closed for systems upgrade and airconditioning repair. Normal operations at the courtesy lane at OCA-Aseana will resume Monday.
The DFA said this is part of its continuing efforts to improve its services.
Courtesy lane facilities in other DFA Consular Offices, however, will remain open.
The courtesy lane is a special section provided to service the consular needs of senior citizens, persons with disabilities, overseas Filipino workers, solo parents, children 7 years old and below and pregnant passport applicants.
