Floyd Mayweather’s private jet touched down in Manila at 2:02 am Tuesday from Bangkok.
The US fighter is in town for some R&R and a bit of business, his first in the country.
Mayweather beat Manny Pacquiao three years ago in Las Vegas in what has gone down as the richest fight ever.
Mayweather was brought to the airport on board a white Lamborghini, one of two that was parked at the private hangar alongside a fleet of exotic vehicles.
A trip to El Nido in Palawan is on tap for Mayweather and members of his team, a couple of them with Filipino lineage.
If his schedule will allow, Mayweather told a handful of reporters that he would love to meet Pacquiao.
But not in the ring.
“I am an old man now,” said the 41-year-old five-division champion.
