BAGUIO CITY – Dugong Bughaw and Moto surged into the lead in their respective divisions at the start of the 69th Fil-Am Invitational senior golf team championships presented by San Miguel Beer Saturday.
Playing at Camp John Hay, Dugong Bughaw rode on Mike Morada’s 35 points to lead the Senior Fil-A bracket with 112 points while Moto took the Senior Am-A class with 91 points at the Baguio Country Club.
The other division leaders were Eaglemasters in Senior Fil-C, Team Hollywood 1 in Senior Fil-D, Baguio Country Club in Senior Am-C and ICSI/TMI in Senior Am-D.
The regular tournament also got under way with IGC Builders, Bibak New York, Bibak New Jersey and Yokosuka Rising Sun storming in front in their respective divisions.
Some 250 teams are taking part in the two-week event also supported by Toyota.
