in Cebu City since Friday.
Anti-drug enforcement operatives of the Mambaling police station arrested Raven Bardon Gonza, 20, after they recovered around 4.6 kilograms of suspected shabu from him during a buy-bust operation on C. Padilla St., Barangay Duljo-Fatima at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
The illegal drugs recovered from Gonza had an estimated market value of P31 million, said Police Capt. Francis Renz Talosig, Mambaling police station chief.

Gonza denied owning the illegal drugs.
