Green K and Kaakbay defeated their respective rivals and share the honors in the I Love Hulo Basketball League held recently at the San Jose covered court in Mandaluyong City.
Green K demolished Saturday and Sunday Club, 81-61, while Kaakbay outlasted MSO Giriante, 98-86, to emerge champions in the 50-years and 40-years categories of the annual tournament.
The annual event was organized by Barangay Captain Bernard Maglaque with Kagawad Mikel Perey.
It drew a large number of participants.
