Kenyans Matthew Kipkorir Sigei, Leonard Kimboi, and Jackson Circhir completed an impressive 1-2-3-finish in the 21K race at last Sunday’s Manila Bay Clean-Up Run.
The Kenyans showed their class by humbling the local bets in the annual footrace designed to raise funds for the clean-up of the Manila Bay.
Christine Hallasgo, meantime, beat out April Diaz, and Maricar Camacho in the women’s division.

In the 10K race, James Kevin Cruz, Gilbert Laido, and Anthony Nerza ruled the men’s division, while marathon veteran Luisa Raterta, Jocelyn Elijeran, and Rica Moreno took the top three spots in the women’s division.
The top three finishers in the 5K were Immuel Camino, Evelon Abutas, and Rowel Galvero while Joida Gagnao, Joneza Sustituedo, and Emmalyn Taypin took the medals in the women’s category.
And in the 3K run, Erwin Mancao, Michael Gomez, and Norbert Cailao, together with their female counterparts Lina and Liza Abutas, plus Angel Mendoza, clocked the fastest times.
