A LOT of things can make us sad and unmotivated if we will take them seriously. Let’s take things lightly and with positivity coming from God, the ultimate source of encouragement. Life is too short. Strive to behappy and contented. Remember these.
It’s okay to admit your mistake and to apologize for it. Nobody’s perfect. Even people with very high IQ do not know everything.
It’s okay to be different. Every human being is unique. Even our skin color does not need to be the same. It’s okay for family members and friends to have different opinions and affiliations.
It’s okay to say “No” once in a while. People must realize that you also have your own priorities and you need time for them, too.
It’s okay to have fun once in a while as long as you don’t hurt anybody and you don’t forget your responsibilities. Relax and leave all your worries behind. Find new hobbies that will not deplete your resources. Always look for simple things that will excite you and make you smile.
It’s okay to ask for help when you are having difficulty. Everybody goes through a crisis of some kind – emotional, relational, financial, and so on. There are times when you are the source of strength and there are periods when you need the same support that you generously give. Life is a wheel.
It’s okay to feel sad. Admit it, learn from it, but please don’t dwell on it. Get busy with a lot of positive things. Be strong. Everything is temporary.
