The University of the Philippines-Diliman has recorded 118 coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, including 88 campus residents.
Also infected by the deadly disease were 30 non-campus residents, the country’s premier educational institution confirmed on Wednesday.
Of the 118 cases, UP reported that 36 are active, 67 are recovering and six have died of the deadly disease.
UP-Diliman authorities have once again called on all employees residing in the campus and residents in nearby villages to observe health protocols like wearing of masks and practicing physical distancing. (Noreen Jazul)
